The working culture at Hongyi Jig Rapid Technologies is very friendly. Employees are always ready to help each other. Timings are very good from 0800-1700. We get sufficient family time in the evening. Managing Director Mr Jagdeep Khattar sir is very energetic and technically sounded person. work culture is very good. Managing Director Mr. Jagdeep Khattar and CEO Sonia Khattar ji gives family environment to all employees.Timing are morning is 8:00 to 5:00 which is follow strictly due to which we get sufficient time with family.

It is Fraud and fake company. No job security, politics, gossips and everybody is shouting all the time. deduct money almost to 25% on excuses like late coming. No appointment letter, PL , CL,SL or any other leves Every week one person leaves and new employee join. Fake company , fake managemen .

Management Conducts lots of Skilled based training programs for employee. They Conduct great incentive schemes for staff. I am working here and taken 60% of salary hike with 18 months due to my hard work. If you work hard salary is not a question here!
