Culture is good, Open platform to new ideas,thoughts or process. Work life balance is nice. You can get many online trainings to learn new topics or skills.

...u can see in many teams. Less opportunity for induvisual to grow in carrer wise. they will charge for everything like transport, food and all in your salary. Be clear about your salary split-up. No benificial things like team-outing, deepavali gift or year gift nothing. Not even sweets.

Company have wider business network and flexibility in shifting to different process or project

Compensation is not good compare to market for internally promoted employees and for same position they hire external with higher compensation but not for existing employees with any market correction.

Worst experience. Big name because of the USA office work culture, compensation and growth. But In India racisim, favouritism, exploitation and fooling employees. I worked at eco world office.

No growth. Full of politics. This blocks growth.

The job security is there.. the cultural events are also very good..

They dont pay much hike while joining. internal policies for hikes and promotion is not at all transparent. there is no work life balance. too much work pressure. no motivation as recognition and rewards.. no way to enhance your skills..no onsite. no additional perks.. overall not a employee friendly organization.
