Brand Name and On Time Salary. Good For Privileged People. Ok for freshers to start careers with.

Toxic and Beaurocratic Work Environment. Your ideas, innovations, hard work is sabotaged by management. Technical and Experienced people are not respected. No job security. No Promotions and poor appraisals. People join with High Expectations given the brand reputation but get disappointed with the way they are treated. Feedback or even humble requests are used to destroy the careers if resources. Women Leaders of this company target fellow women and some very good resources. Year by Year it got worse only.

The company is open to ideas , innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of the wonderful team and each and everyone in the team helps to achieve the targets.

Its a completely Management driven organisation, HR has absolutely NO say in any decisions. Job security is terrible, employees are asked to leave in a 2 week's notice and top leadership is absolutely not approachable.

I am apart of Data & Analytics team by which there were lot of learning on bigdata technologies. Had the full freedom for telling our ideas and for execution. The work environment was very good and collaborative.

Sometimes,there is work pressure and there are calls at nighy.Other than the salary,no other perks are provided
