Compensation hike is ok ok.. and perks are very minimal when compared with competitors

I am apart of Data & Analytics team by which there were lot of learning on bigdata technologies. Had the full freedom for telling our ideas and for execution. The work environment was very good and collaborative.

Sometimes,there is work pressure and there are calls at nighy.Other than the salary,no other perks are provided

Work life balance is good Will get recognized by leads and managers well. Preference will be given for innovations and new ideas which helps employees to learn new things

Promotions and salary will be less. It depends on project not overall honeywell.

Honeywell is Pay Master. Both sides offer free transport for people to log out post-9 pm onwards.

Dislikes

...y of people have been in the same Senior analyst position for the past 10 years. Except for salary, no additional benefit here. Not giving internet reimbursement also. Lots of cost-cutting started.
