Good Company with great exposure but growth is limited if you are a contract employee and pay is also less under contract but overall company is good and there will be no pay rise and work pressure will be high, but on regular basis its ok to join.

ITs all about politics and this division is high pressure division where you will be working under pressure environment. I will not recommend to join you as a contract employee and there are no allowances for contract people. No support in terms of growth and building.

Immediate Boss is key to success, Salary cut during covid, all increments rolled back , entirely different culture from core Honeywell group, you will some what feel Desi culture like office politics, conspiracies, these are damn hell if you are focused towards ur works only

No Proper Salary structure based on your skills, relevant experience, education. Its moreover based on your total experience (whether u r not from same background). No career growth option until you dont put down your papers. No proper team management by manager. Lack of vision.

If you want to work in Honeywell Electrical Devices & Systems India Limited you just polish your superiors ego. & believe on boss is always right statement. & I like Saturday off though your superiors not leave you free to enjoy this.
