This is an organization which gives opportunities to all those who are willing to excel in their career. Being a part of Global Services, I was fortunate enough to get to work with several different nationalities and that has added a lot to my personal and professional life. Honeywell Automation India Limited is one of the very few organizations with a great work culture and with utmost job security. I personally had a great time working with Honeywell Automation India Limited for the last 10+ years. Travel frequency, policies are in favor of employees at all times. all the leadership is easily approachable which makes this place as one desirable place to work.

Dislikes

Very few things to pinpoint. Probably compensation structure as compared to rivals in the market is bit lagging. But a great job security overpowers this point to a greater extent. There is still a room for innovation and thinking out of the box culture.

Likes

Nothing. It is good for local people, they take it as a part-time job and they handle their business outside. Or many of them just sit and wait for retirement from here. Managers and directors are not here by their quality but they are just sitting here for 15 years and waiting for retirement.

Dislikes

...y may also disrupt your personal life by sending you to the customer's location. Additionally, they might refuse to give you a salary hike because you received per diem (daily allowances on site, i.e., $50) at the customer site.

...d the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming Arcade for chilling company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year

There there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training is not given new joiners

Good team spirits. Very poor salary provided. Management want you to know everything about DCS, SM, networking, etc. without sufficient training.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that marktes reliable , high quality product. As a result I get to travel abroad especially to the abudhabi Dubai Saudi. But on site tarvel is completely depends on ur project and client location. I also like the employee rehire poilcy here
