Dislikes

Very few things to pinpoint. Probably compensation structure as compared to rivals in the market is bit lagging. But a great job security overpowers this point to a greater extent. There is still a room for innovation and thinking out of the box culture.

Work Details

It has been pretty exciting for the last 10+ years. It was seldom that work assigned to me was boring or not enjoyable. Management has backed me in my thick and thins and that's one very strong reason for me to stay with H.A.I.L
