Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Proper retirement company. If you want to just work for salary and is not having any career ambition then HMSI is the best company for that. There’s not much pressure and is having good work life balance. Appraisal policy is strictly based on face value and the number years you spend on the company. Lot of worthy colleagues leave because of the same as their career aspirations doesnt match with the slow promotional cycle in the organisation.

Dislikes

Questionable decisions from Top Management on new product portfolio. Very skewed possibility in career growth. Transfers forced upon by HR yet the HR manpower stays for decades without any location change.

...ngs we learn lot of knowledge and trying to management in get higher position. About my salary, I was in honda I'm getting low salary.evary management have a some person who creates dirty mind game politics to low down our status,I was not bother about that ,i' done my duty..overal good experience.. Work environment is good ..all collogues nature is excellent becoz they are said all are equal..I really appreciate those people in my life.. Work life is going on a good stage so far..becoz I'm a hard worker..

Honda motorcycle and scooters India Pvt.. dealers of managements are different mind setts go with sales executives .like, not give opportunities, not increasing salaries, vest of lules and regulations applying ,dirty politics these things are more hurt me...

...customers. And there is a good environment, good platform for learn many things.if u work hard so absoulty you achieve good incentives and get satisfacted salary.

yes here is also many dislike things companies area managrs behaviour ,talking of way is untolrable .here is more and more paper work which is decrising the level of satisfaction of customer.

No Further Next level Promotions for Field members , everything is done by Head office people they don't promote field team managers , promoting very toxic culture on targets with no ground to earth analysis , Targets logic is zero , Every Quarter inititate any new initiative but without any analysis and then pressure the field team to do so like Customer Retention activities etc , Once it was Best 2W MNC to work & Now it has become worst , Sales Area manager are having all the luxury but Service Area managers are having nothing in hand.
