There is a lot of politics and religions and management doesn't address our issue u salary is decent but career growth is slow . there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign .

Honda company is very good to permanent employees not for contract worker. I worked as a contract worker in Honda. There I learn how do work with a team. When I lost my job then I feel, i lost a big industrial family. I miss you Honda. My dream was Honda company as a permanent worker. My slogan for Honda company___safety first, production and quality both must

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary and career growth slow. There is a bond of 11 months. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

So bad experience in covid 19 pandemic situation i have working in Honda motorcycle but during lockdown no salary or other perk provided to me and it will be so hard to manage my family also i approved a loan amount from bank to manage my daily expense which is pending if any support provided by kindly do the needful for this.

1 . Salary structure is needs to be revised as market trade is high compared to HMSI. 2 . Politics is high and no career growth opportunity for new comers. 3 . HR faculty is very disappointing . Says something and does another thing. Very slow working. 4 . Number system is depends on buttering . No matter how much your involved and completing the work. Seniors doesn't appreciate your work , only buttering matters. 5 . Company's culture is getting adverse timely.

No Further Next level Promotions for Field members , everything is done by Head office people they don't promote field team managers , promoting very toxic culture on targets with no ground to earth analysis , Targets logic is zero , Every Quarter inititate any new initiative but without any analysis and then pressure the field team to do so like Customer Retention activities etc , Once it was Best 2W MNC to work & Now it has become worst , Sales Area manager are having all the luxury but Service Area managers are having nothing in hand.
