Too much power distance between Management and Employees. Work Culture really depends upon your HOD/department, HR involvement is merely during Talent Acquisition and Exit interviews.

...IAN MANAGEMENT IS GIVING CRS( COMPULSORY RETIREMENT SCHEEME) IN THE GATB OF VRS. THEU ARE THREATNING EMPLOYEES TO TAKE VRS OR ELSE THEY WILL THROUGH THEM WITH ONLY 3 MONTHS SALARY . THIS IS COMPLETELY OUT OF HONDA CULTURE .

Honda is good in terms of flexible working although in Manufacturing set up, policies, learning and job security

Office Politics sometimes become dominant, less freedom in expressing your views, not a good pay master and slow growth

Good Work environment and culture and management are also supportive.The company give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and some time our complaints and issues are doesn't proceed to managment system. Permanent job opportunity chances is very low so we are disappointed to this.
