If you cross your manager. Definety he will target you. So he will not support you. He will Not give you weekoff. He will provide you low quality leads. Due to politics in office. He will provide good quality leads to his favourite employee

Firstly, the management is 3rd class. Neha mishra from HR thinks she’s CEO of company. She’s taking down company with her. They have no empathy towards anyone. I saw a colleague of mine who was sole bread winner for his family ( only one earner in his family) they told him to leave in 15 days. Imagine the mental stress of someone whose family looks after him and he has to find another job in 15 days. Completely pathetic. My suggestion would be, if y’all want cost cutting, spend less on useless events like RnR. Also sack Neha Mishara. She’s cancer in organization.

All I need to say is that it is an amazing company to work for, Management is super supportive Specially Neha Mishra she is a visionary, inspirational, Results -Driven Leader and the overall culture of the company is just amazing I would like to recommend all the candidates who want to work in Real Estate Company go for it.
