Wherever we see there are lots of green plants which helps to calm the mind.

Dislikes

There is actually nothing to be liked. From the people to the work environment. Everything is favourtism and no professionalism. HR and the manager are very rude to new people and if any doubt they dont clarify and when called for some emergency they deliberately don't pick the call. I have never worked in such a company before. Had a very terrible work experience here.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
