... culture very bad. Always forced by your manager to do work on your leave day's. Your manger will raised debite against you without your confirmation then your salary will deducted. After all out 5/5 performance they will realise that you are nothing , you didn't nothing . And i internal politics is very bad. They will never promote you after your good performance.very bad for designer ,sales, operations team . No leaves allowed even in festival or emergency .if you sales was not done properly then your leave will be cancelled and pressurise you for paper down.

Pay structure is good, but none the less if you survive the high end politics.

Dislikes

Management issues, horrible work-life, pressure and behind the door gossips with no professionalism involved at any level of the hierarchy.

Too much politics. And a very toxic place for people. Too many gaps in process. They make sure you're life becomes hell if you ever plan to leave. In my opinion, if there is an opportunity outside here, you can always think about it.

It helps in overall personality growth , develops skills related to communications to clients, internal team members , handle large teams on and off site . Enhances site skills sets

Dislikes

Salary hike is slow and less, its a client facing position , thus needs to face the wrath of the customers daily. Sometimes working hours extends personal hours. Expecting calls from clients during holidays is a normal thing.

Collecting NPS from customer and overall NPS tagged to PM and slashing PM's incentives. PM's are the backbone of the company, where 10 to 50% deal are made on flase promises to crack a deal by Sales team, designers teams, after deal is cracked and pushed to production, its them PM enters and all the false promises made, responsibility to be born by PM, Homelane is truely focused on revenue generation and sales only, no higher position is on technical background.
