-Salary structure is not upto industry standard. -Lot of politics on appraisal & promotions. Only closeness with management will give you promotions. -Not following company policy by managers. We can only resign with their approval. They are giving the date for the resignation. Even they are threatening that you release will be not smooth if you are not obeying them. -there are no way to get out from the hell.

They pay very less amount of salary for freshers they pay 15k per month , but for 3 years experienced person they pay 19k , HR is very bad they won't respond to our concerns itself terrible management.

...eshers. Here they give training and makes you good in developing process skills. But if you not expect 8 hrs work here you have to extend for 12 hrs and salary is also low if you extend also rotatonal shift only.

Compulsory extend Low salary Rotational shift No night shift allowance No proper performance incentives No leave will be provided for emergency, you have to ask before a week.

Nothing to like except the company providing two way transport. The experience is pathetic.

Dislikes

Pathetic HR will misguide you for the job role they are hiring for. Will not get the salary quoted. After several escalations no response from any senior level. No job security. After process rampdown you'll be on bench and then mostly asked to leave. No support.
