All you are expected to work like a donkey day and night to meet your targets, there is nothing to new to learn that will bring boost to your career. Rather than wasting your time, look for some better job that will support your financial and career growth for long term.

Management issues, horrible work-life, pressure and behind the door gossips with no professionalism involved at any level of the hierarchy.

Internal politics. They get leads through lot of unethical ways and ask you to dial them. For sales people it's more like s call center. You keep calling and talking over phone

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
