This is not supportive & specially in covid, in covid they reduce staff and also reduce salary of all emps This is the cheapest one company in area

Dislikes

In Homecab you have work at least 16-18 hour but don't expect they will appreciate it or give you any extra money They have cheapest management

No , company hires only her relatives, every employee try to make Boss. Main boss is like. Meeta bol bol ke sabhi ko kaat ta h, Koi employe kuch kahe ,us se pahle hi employees ko trip p bej dete h , vendors ki payment nhi Karte kabhi b Kuch employee aise bhi h jo TL k paani maarne ka kaam

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
