Employ here has to choose between person life and professional life, its a tiring 12 hours job with very less salary, not worth, please go for this job only if you have no option but still want to earn with hardship.

The company is full fraud both for customers and employees. They use new employee's contact to get customers and force them to sell their shit to our friends and family. The product is real shit because I think a 1st year student of animation bachelor's can also do this type of animation (alone). And No after sales service, no visits, no customer feedback, you can only call them. When they sell their products, the responsibility is over and you are framed. They start lying when they first time meet you or call you. Notice their words, you won't find it in conversation afterwards.

Dislikes

It's a fraud company. No employee benefits and respect. If you don't frame your friends and family, you don't lie(fake promises) about their products, you will be fired. No work-life, you will have to work even till 11 PM.

The just Know How to make people fool, there is no management, VP is uneducated, no ethics, fake commitment, there is no growth, I suggest don't work here

there is a lot of politics, no career growth, make people fool, all rules are from company side not from employee side, demotivating Higher level manager

Company increased my confidence made me an responsibility taking person also always give 100% result,work environment is very busy Now I can work in front of PC for 4-5 hr without getting disturb,my team mate work together with me also they try to catch my speed.

Leaders or managers always try that the employees who are working under them should not grow,he/she should be 1 step down from them.

Home revise is good but all about company take 8 days training still 1 month and after that they do not provided any petrol allowances to visit client and nor payment that we work.and not provided joining letter any proof of company
