The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i Love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base.another plus point is that my colleagues come form various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client employees calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Home Credit is Good Compni, but In the lockdown, they fired a lot of their Employees, And Compni did a Good Work, giving everyone a salary of two months.

Compni is good and Growth is very good. Pay salry and Incentive time.

Company ASM forced me for change your POS and make relationship with POS owner, mere NO bolne pr usne mujhe company se terminate krwa kr meri id deactivate krwa kr resign likhwa liya. Choice is yours abhi employees change ho gye hai.

Work life balance and incentives was good.

Dislikes

No promotions in every year or 1.8 years. No appraisal given in 5.11 years and management hired new person in the system with high package and if the promotions took from seniors then package was only 20% to 25% hike.

The broker Salary agent not given salary on time. Very low salary (like a rickshaw man) 10,000rs salary ... 12 hours job time. Senior was not responding.. Spoonings was very much.
