Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. I have worked in home credit more then 5 years,got a very good work place,very good all the people,had the corona crisis not happened may be still here all the time, over all it is a good time in home credit.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.
