The companies traning and learnig system is very good and basic salary package is not good according to mnc company but incentive plans are very good and in home credit promtion chance is very good

The all policies of home credit are very good but without notice employee termination in case of deliquency is not good in home credit

Training was good and teammates were more supportive. There is no job security here you can be fired for any reason.

You have to work 12-13 hours that too for a small pay. There is no social life left for the one working here.
