I worked there for 3years overall company is good but there is no option for salary and designation growth, HR policies are very good, Incentive sceams and bonuses is good but for last one year it's fully changed, now it's very difficult to understand the incentive sceams. Overall good

I am a part of this company last 23 month, Here good work environment, but main problem is basic salary is very less to survive.

Here growth is very slow, No any annual or mid year appraisals and very less salary on representative level in Back office.
