...n home credit company. But must need to required some changes in this company. Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.

Work pressure is very high.You have to present in market 12 to 13 hours regular basis which is a pain sometimes.
