Home credit is just like hactic lifestyle, work life balance. Customer abuses to this company. You'll feel ashamed and fear from customer when u work with this company. Just taking lots of money by fraud way from customers. Doing fake promises from customer.

I have worked in home credit more then 5 years,got a very good work place,very good all the people,had the corona crisis not happened may be still here all the time, over all it is a good time in home credit.

Salary was not good I have worked more then 5 years but no any increment there

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love that fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.

All over company was excellent but during the last period. I.e., 31st January 22 the decision of the company was not fair regarding the performer.

Basic salary was not optimum & promotion was not relevant with time
