I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client employees calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Home Credit is Good Compni, but In the lockdown, they fired a lot of their Employees, And Compni did a Good Work, giving everyone a salary of two months.

Compni is good and Growth is very good. Pay salry and Incentive time.

Like salary growth,Promotion criteria, Company should need to think about these consequences instead of blames to employees work. Compensation is decent, and growth is fast. The work pressure is high. Sometimes, I have to work late night also. And our managers is giveing good values to employees and appreciations. I love to work here.
