Hci should improve their policies and salary infrastructure . Overall good experience but not very good .

Good company... I did 2 years work with home credit last 2 years. .. I got good salary and incentive.

Currently home credit ko third party chala rhi hai jiski wajah se incentive structure achha nahi hai

Company was amazing superb and the salary was getting on time no issue about that

When company was in foreign hand then company growing day by day when giving to inda hand then company was shutdown in lockdown

I love this company because it career growth is slow. An employee can not easily develops his skills. But Work environment is very good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... when there is any update in policy, they provide training about it very well. Best part is they pay salary on 1st or before 1st of every month, including incentive. Work place, floor, washrooms are well maintained and clean. TL and management people always there to help you about any issue

Dislikes

There is no fix week off in any department, even if you complete your target they don't allow any weekly off. I used to get hardly 1-2 weekly off in every month. And they don't allow logout in 9hrs, we used to work 10+ hours shift every day. They put a lot of pressure of work every day, sometimes they don't allow breaks for that, if you can't Handel pressure, then u can't survive in this company If you make any single small mistake in work process then they do termination.
