Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I got a call from holitech Hr team, they says they have opening for Asst manager PPC, salary is 45K, 10 hrs working then two hrs is compulsory for over time, as mention my current salary was 35K, I gave the Interview in five-round after enquiry in last company they selected me, then they offer me 32k to 35k and offer position Sr Engineer, I astonished to see that, as we discuss for hike, HR team( Sandeep,Kalpna) they are unprofessional they says to me we can u this amount join karna h to batao nahi to rahne do. totally unprofesion, no over time will be provide to management team, in interview they takes introduction,i show my work on Computer, technical round, then interview with Sr Management, then they hire me then i request him for draw my salary structure and offer latter what benefit i will get. they told join karna h to karo nahi rahne do, almost unprofessional HR team why they waste my time make Enquiry in last company. i review their last employees review about holitech company profile only 3 star and every one complaining to Hr Management. i advise to new interviewers don't waste your time and carrier in this company
