The learning and development opportunites that the company can offer is tremendous. Holidayme is a brand that is owned by Traveazy group. They also owns Umrahme, which is a market leader in Muslim travel segment. A very close knit team of 100+ people working across 4 locations in the world. Very open culture, management values employee feedback. Have seen the culture and transparency, policies and practices evolve over the last couple of years. Over 60% of staff have a tenure of 3+ years, in spite of the company being relatively young (under 8 years old).

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
