9Hr work time instead of 8Hr(8am to 5pm), Saturday also working day, Salary hike and job recognition is very poor, Poor health insurance policies

Good working environment, Decision making is easy since, the company follows a flat Hierarchy, additional bonus on special occasions, very good management authorities. excellent work life balance.

Dislikes

Don't expect much growth, Not much to learn, cant able to switch between the same industry, only can create difference in salary, profile if stayed longer ( min 10yrs).

We can get more opportunities in different field and we can learn more. They will give full responsibility in work so we can adapt it and seriousness also will be in it ..that's a good thing I had seen here compare to my previous company

Managers may value individuals but management will not.if you work hard company will not allow you to leave the job by blocking all other opertunities .you can't grow there by working hard, but you can grow using your tongue .no job security
