Hospitality is a sector I prefer every youth to join atleast once for an exposure & experience very professional ,time management ,consistency, everything it will teach you. The staffs were really amazing and helpful. Mind blowing location near racecourse. Work environment is full of energy

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike ans bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bome of 2 years before which you cannot resing on the job training is not given to new job

Nothing as such. Just that this pandemic has affected everyone working in terms of work pressure, job insecurity and pay cuts... That should be looked upon by the company and development and growth of each individual employee with the company should not stop due to this tough time. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
