- The company fired more than 50% employees that developed the product and the systems were shutdown in 10 mins with employees not being allowed to remove their personal information or data - Absolutely no job security for anyone who joins here - The founders lack ethics and lied about company having ample funding for many years

The senior management team is highly accessible and actively involved. At the same there is autonomy to conduct and drive initiatives from inception to end. Thanks to the market intelligence team, there are deep insights about the challenges faced by the target audience. Lastly, the flexible work environment allows employees to manage personal commitments with minimal disruption to our work.

Unstable processes as of now but that's expected out of a startup. But good part is that you get to be a part of the solution.

The best company though it’s a startup helps you learn from your mistakes and encourages you to put in new ideas to implement. It is an employee centric organisation.

just like any other IT company they do external hiring for bigger roles and unless u posses high leadership qualities, training existing resources to scale up is a difficult task due to time constraints.

Highly unethical company, fired 60% of their workforce (including the higher management) within 10mins without any kinda warning/intimation,Especially the strongest team of the company. Revoked all access, didn't even let the employees remove their personal data from the system. I actually pity the company more as its very near to its scrapping / destruction.
