Job is secured. Work culture is good. Salaries are done on 31st of every month and very punctual for salaries.

Dislikes

There is lot of poltics and company is person driven and not process driven. Processes are not well developed and not followed by employees. There is no value of work done and no value of good experience and skilled employees. Career growth is very slow in HMX. Poltics is just because of higher authorities region is not Gujarat and Managers are recruited at higher position with higher salaries of their state and region than existing skilled and knowledgeable person. So it's obvious that moral is down of all employees who are working since long time.

It was a good experience in this company. In 2006 I was working in this company. At that time management was good. About present I don't know. Totally it's good company . I can't forget this company in my life. Especially I tq for our managers vaidyanath sir and indhushekar sir. Tq u so much. 🙏🙏
