...m mates of HMM INFRA LTD are good .Definitely politics is there in my company . They support those persons mostly who in the company by reference they get more salary comparison to other employees. Carrier growth is not so good in this company .I had joined this company last year in the month of January my increment is pending from last 3 months . They not take any necessary actions regarding increment .if u talking about job security then I say that company never terminate there employees but they create such a kind of issue to that person which they decided to terminate .person get irritated and frustrated to the company then he will give the resign.

Dislikes

The main issue of this company is regarding salary means company gives us funds every week for site expenses. We submit the bills to our GM then he cuts our bills which we claimed . After asking him why you cut my bills he say you don't take my approval for buying the material which we use on site.sir for every materials which we buy from local market we always get approval from our GM or any higher officials of our company then we buy. We always connected to our officials on phone we having telephonic conversation. But after submitting the bills they always deny that we had not given the approval for this to buy. So that from 4 months they give only 75% of my salary rest 25% they cut. This problem occuring individual not on me but on other staffs also which are on different sites of our company.

This company is limited and company has lots of projects is steel and concrete field Good for skill development.

Promotion and increment is slow Work pressure to much in mechanical field Civil engineering field is satisfactory.

At DLPC Talwara section worst experience of my life in this company But for HO staff it's best company.

Dislikes

Worst culture at DLPC site. Humiliated by heads of departments. And mentally harassment also there.

1st railway project of company and having no sence give work like they hire donkeys For their project. Very poor management in their project only they know how to perform politics in front of HO.
