HMD GLOBAL INDIA hire employee through 3rd party on contract basis and use them like machine. There is no sence in leader they never think employee are also a human. They threat like a machine. Everytime they create pressure even if you have done work more than target So one line I can say if any people joined HMD GLOBAL wo aapna carriers along with his/her personal life. Specially in Market access (QA)(Sw testing) . 1. There is no process for work.

Working Culture of the Company is Pathetic and other team members and heads treat you as servent and no proper planning for staff Favorites is on peak Working hours not flexible it's very strict and don't get the time for break.
