Colleagues are individually best.Differnt work culture.some places you are on your own and some palace company will support you like anything.Provide best quality of guest house facility when you are posted at site.

...ble for everything in results nobody is responsible for anything.No social life.They want meximum hours of the day you spent for the company sometimes more than 12 hours even though u get your salary for 9 hours..Huge difference between contract and permanent employee starting from salary to other facilities.As salary they provies you penny.and forget about appraisal..you will get 500 rupees increase in your salary per year if you're tremendous in your job... that is really sad for any employee..

My tendency to work in negative and toxic environment

...signation process they even not forward my resignation mail to required persons. Furthermore, I was deeply troubled by deduction from my salary which was reportedly due to delays caused by management’s failure to act .how many time I called and message t&m they asked me to do the same process again and again and after sometime they , all of them stopped to answer my call. Mr. Bikram who claim himself incharge of CFA even not pick my call. I left the office on 21 march after serving my notice period. I was waiting till now but at the end I left with not any other options. I give my 100% during my working period here with honesty. I will suggest HLL as a loyal, honest, hardworking employee to think many times before handover your tender to anybody. Nobody wants to work there. employees are resigning one by one.

Hll lifecare Ltd is a non profit organization. Good working culture and experience also excellent in government rules and regulations. Company policies are good manegement team supportive.

Salary and benefits bonus is not giving employees level. That's only one think.

Good Culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address Our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
