Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Working staff is very friendly,Supportive. If you want emergency leave or shift change senior's and co worker's support you. Higher authority listen your suggestions. They give you that respect in team meetings.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Your job profile is not clear.if your selected for one post you have to do multitask work.Some time your education is not counted , you have to do work like normal labour's. HR policies worst here. One of worst organizations for increment and appraisal.
