"Work culture is worse" would be an understatement. Salary is absolutely not commensurate with market standards and the avg. stay of an employee is at the most 6-8 months. They have a philosophy of growth at all costs' and in the pursuit of it, have sacrificed all ethics & what not! If you are a drifter, it's a good company as anyways your stay over here wouldn't extend beyond 6-7 months. Red flag: Saturdays working! And yes, the work does spill over on Sundays, so effectively you are working 31 days in a month.

...will hire someone in their company, they will not inform you everything clearly. For show off they will give a offer letter but they will not pay your salary as per the offer letter. So don't trust this company and get hired. THEY ARE A BIG LIER. NOT ELIGIBLE TO GET A SINGLE STAR

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
