Extremely unprofessional HR It's been over 4 months and still they're yet to credit the variable pay they promised while joining. Always postponing the process to next week, and it's been continuing for 4 months now, not just for me, but for my peers as well.

Compensation is decent, growth is slow. I work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening an sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes

Very difficult Question, after thinking a lot, i think it's "Nothing". It's that bad... Specially Gurgaon Branch sucks. Poor management, HR is too unprofessional, Seniors folks including VP are Immature & behave like a kid, he will get on a client call & promise anything bulshit & impractical solution to the client & expect the team to deliver it. He is Faff.

Culture is bad. Only freshers can like the culture here because they haven't seen any other company as of now. Your entire day & night will go in editing PPT's & Meetings to get the approvals. If you are in dilema whether to join here or not then only join if u don't have anything in hand & need a backup for sometime. Else no point joining. Senior folks are not supportive, they will give you Leadership & team building Gyan in their sessions but they themself never apply it. VP of gurgaon branch himself is not professional, all AVP's, Group heads under him leave within few months. Once a team member was 15 mins late to the office as her sibling wasn't well & group head said " Paisa company deti hai ya fir Tumhara bhai". It's a typical Lala company, better avoid it.

Good amount of opportunities for freshmen, Job security,

Work life balance is in another planet, It is not an employee-friendly work culture, as the management is considering client satisfaction above everything, forced to work till late-nights and weekends without any extra benefits or perks, Facility management is on toss, no good food catering, chairs, vehicle parking, network/internet issues, and the months consuming re-imbursement. If your monthly payment gets any variations due to internal error or attendance issue, have to wait for the finance person to get free, that will take another weeks to get adjusted,
