Centre director (VP) behaves like a kid. Hr puts personal messages if you are late by more than half an hour. Hr herself is found absconding if centre director is on leave or travelling and leaves early from office🤣 but makes sure other employees are strictly following the rules. VP Shows PPT on employees taking leaves in a quarter and asking them not to take leaves. Be ready to work late nights.
