Poor management, HR is too unprofessional, Seniors folks including VP are Immature & behave like a kid, he will get on a client call & promise anything bulshit & impractical solution to the client & expect the team to deliver it. Senior folks are not supportive, they will give you Leadership & team building Gyan in their sessions but they themself never apply it. VP of gurgaon branch himself is not professional, all AVP's, Group heads under him leave within few months.
