HITOUCH TECHNOLOGIES IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY IN AGRA, REASON BEING IT HAS NOT COMPANY SPACE TO WORK WHO ARE ALREADY WORKING WITH HITOUCH , NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT SYSTEMS AND EVEN I PLACED FROM GLA UNIVERSITY, AS A JAVA TRAINEE AND I USED TO USE MY LAPTOP IN THE COMPNAY, THEY DON'T SUPPORT TO THEIR EMPLOYEE,, AND DONT PROVIDE SALARY WHICH ARE PLACED BY HITOUCH,, WHICH IS THE WORST WORST WORST COMAPNY AND MY RATING IS -1 %

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
