Compensation is decent , but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high , Sometimes i have to work 11-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late. Into the night

All the members were very good in this co. But the actually problem in this co. Is that they are not giving the salary to employees on time....every month they give the salary at the end of the month...that's why most of the employees is give them the resignation letter for resign the co.

Dislikes

Giving late salary....nd they were use the employees after the timing up nd also dont give them overtime...nd holiday for a one day

All about is not good. Because appraisal ke time me bhane deke appraisal rok dete h phir 3 month ka target de dete h. Jo ki hota nhi h phir bachho ko khud job left karna pdta h.
