Jitna Salary ka baat karta hai, uska 60%Payment monthly salary deta hai Bhai. Baki payment puchhane per Sirf yahi bolta hai ki salary sheet aayega to hum bata denge. Bhai Apne se Excell data par salary sheet banakar bheej deta hai. ESI paid paisa 70 rupya karne ke baad bhi company extra esi ka 400 rupya last leti hai. Kate hua salary ka hisab nahi de pata hai. Bar-Bar salary mangane per bolta hai ki thik hai Kate balance ka mail karke manga leta hu But kata hua salary kabhi nahi deta . Monthly salary baat karta hai 12000 ka deta hai 5000.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths,

I like working at hitek syndicate because there are good employees with good communication skills. This is the only thing i liked.

...mpany do not work properly.. Every time keep server problem or software problem. And salary don't be paid at time. And salary whether he/she fresher or experienced only 5.5k for everyone. And as a result, the employees leave the office after getting salary without giving resign.
