Don't know as I never joined there because of HR rating are all for her

Dislikes

Hr - she is a lady She doesn't know how to take an interview, first she asks for application form and take all the details unnecessarily before interview and then she don't let us answer her questions and her questions are high level worst questions and cross questions, she asks about word to word and sentence to sentence explanation with every alphabet in the resume. Also she humiliate candidates. Worst experience with her she hardly gave her 4mins to me and rejected on the basis of third class questions, no work related questions no experience asked , my time wasted. Kindly report for her or company should remove her bcoz is the liability for the company if she treats the good and experienced candidates like this.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
