One gets many opportunities to learn different skillsets as well as try new projects of interest. The work culture is the best thing about Hitech. everyone is approachable and everyone is heard.

...head lady is the wordt hr you can ever think of. Shes a nightmare to our career. Do not accept the offer even if they give u salary u desired yoh will regret liffetime. All thevyear round they will spend on anythng but they dont have money when giving increments. Think before you say yes... All these words are totally true....

It's difficult to find anything likeable for such organization.

No concept of Work-life balance. Mismanagement of work allocation. Delay in salary credit. Makes one to consider suicidal thoughts. Racism on peak. Gender discrimination. No concept of employees growth. Makes one to work round the clock on each day. No opportunity of growth. Highly toxic work environment. Promotion is given on the favouritism, talent, dedication, loyalty and work is not considered for appraisal. Performing any self skill development is highly humiliated.
