No concept of Work-life balance. Mismanagement of work allocation. Delay in salary credit. Makes one to consider suicidal thoughts. Racism on peak. Gender discrimination. No concept of employees growth. Makes one to work round the clock on each day. No opportunity of growth. Highly toxic work environment. Dislikes

...promotion, no holidays on festivals. Compulsory work on biggest festival Diwali. Salary is lowest in entire world. Even unskilled construction side labor earns more. Company politics is very high. 6 months old employees whose perfomance is below average and Doe's not achive daily target is get more increment than 4-5 years old employees who achive 100%+ targets by working more hours then shift hours. Very bad company.
