1. For an ex-employee, getting their own share of FNF settlement, feels like fighting a court-case, which goes on for years & years...I am experiencing the same 2. Management has very little decision-making power, it is mostly in the hands of the owner, which is why so much documented work sent for approval, stays pending for timely implementation 3. Either new-joinee induction needs to be documented, or employee should be given an employee-handbook for clarity about company policies 4. HR Operations (both senior & junior males) are self-obsessed & the senior male only takes the ownership to give misguided communication/information to management & drinks tea & eats cookies provided by the company all through the day & roam around on floor, stand behind each employee's systems & stare at his own phone...he has no other professional ownership for his employees or responsibilities & is handicapped without his team members...On the other hand, the junior male HR can well-handle all the work of the senior male HR, the senior male being a total unnecessary cost to the company. It is very unfortunate that being from HR dept, they both create toxicity & spread negativity amongst employees & departments, and also pull others down, just to keep their own jobs safe. Very sadly, both of them are like parasites for the company. 5. There is no annual appraisal cycle in place, inspite of the company being so old in the industry. 6. The company can do extremely well if handled with little more professionalism by the management & owners, by focusing on actual work & motivating their employees with various perks (monetary & non-monetary), as they have very good projects in hand & happy employees would help the company to sustain their good projects.

Salary always comes on time.

Dislikes

Apart from the timely salary everything else is on the negative side. You will not get a proper induction training even. Right from the beginning you will have a strange feeling something is fishy about this organization and they tend to keep everything very much hidden. Huge support related issues uptill the top most level.

Everything, from top to bottom.Working here feels like a relentless imprisonment, a suffocating sentence I am compelled to endure without reprieve. Among the many misjudgments I've made in life, joining MGRM ranks as one of the most catastrophic—a decision that continues to haunt me with every passing day. It is a stark reminder of how even a single misguided choice can lead to a vortex of disillusionment and regret. The management here is a chaotic blend of incompetence, utterly devoid of vision or expertise. They fumble through every decision, only to shift the blame onto you when their failures inevitably surface. Joining MGRM has become a tormenting regret—a decision that continues to haunt me as a stark reminder of what happens when you place your trust in the undeserving. Requesting a Sunday off here feels like asking for the moon. The manager's condescending attitude, acting as if granting a basic human necessity is an extraordinary act of generosity, only adds to the frustration. It’s a constant reminder of how little respect or value they place on their employees' well-being. And for all your overtime there is nothing. If your life is going smoothly, join MGRM—they’ll make sure to turn it into hell. I daily regret my decision to join it. They have nothing to do with HITACHI. AN Employee is just a slave for MGRM.
