Nothing to like about everything is based here and if you are a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience please don't join this company you will end up wasting your time and spoiling your career nothing to learn even engineer works as a labour here. No safety no training provided and job is risky

I will genuinely say that nothing to like about the company seniors have no dignity for juniors and supervisor are not well qualified or well behaved to manage the sites you end up working under a person with no qualification and working as labour

Work culture and support from seniors very good . Company treat all employees as a family member . Company policy is very good . Management is very supportive.

I joined as a fresher in Hitachilift but company treated me very well my seniors always supported me in a nutshell company treated me as a family member.

I want a good platform to so my mind views, idea and my skill in company growth. There is some issue but every company has this type of issues. Company management have to solve out this type of issue, give better opportunities us and my colleagues.

Company management have not equality to each employees, there is more benefits for employees but management has not take decision timely & they used more employees hard work.
