Working with a brand is always recommended but due to some individuals, brand value is degrading day by day where those individuals always put their personal interest over organization.

Dislikes

Work culture is not good as individuals drive it. Growth opportunities are minimal and higher management takes a major chunk of increments and bonuses and distributes the remaining amount among junior employees. There is no specific job role as you can get any job to be performed which has nothing to do with your profile. Decision making process is extremely slow and response time to the customers are very high due to which front line sales people has to face the heat from the customers.
