...good but shift work. has to do. All machines are advanced and easily operated. Salary is on time as commited. Good supportive management. Departments will changes as per the production requirements. Good quality products are assembling and producing. Time management is good. There is opportunity for learning contract labours also. To stay in Hitachi heavy patience is required 😄. Systematic management. Good housekeeping and 5s in shop floor and all the areas. Good security system for your personal things. Only we have to reduce personal attitude 😄 stay long. Good shop floor supervision. We don't hesitate to learn and hardworking. At time being we can't able to maintain attitude and behaviour. Because all time it's not possible.but has to maintain. But you can't able to understand the company because there is no time and tight production schedule and targets.according to the customer requirements and schedules.

Dislikes

I can't able to say as a team of Hitachi I have observed some unlistenable words are hearing. If telling the positive then also has to tell negative also then it will become wrong statement 😄. this is not mentioned by heartly but I have observed little bit. If it is yes make it correct if it false forgive me 😄. Some management tricks are also playing according to our behaviour.but they don't know how the behaviour changes according our surroundings people. I have observed some decisions are taking the management without knowing properly the reasons and problems. They are seeing only the present situation and takes the decision. Some of the high control on trainees.ok for its learning. And the top level peoples are once they fixed something on some persons behaviour or attitude they are fixed to that only. There is no observation of daily persons growth or behaviour. There is a decision making listening of the some of the people comments and advices.and don't know when this type of judgement will go. I hope this will go from my side my behaviour and attitude is good. There is a people I have observed making two peoples friends and taking about one person. Some cheap tricks are also playing inside the organisation.that will be there in all organization we have to understand.in all places that type of people are there we have to adjust. That type of people having criminal brains at the time when it comes to his roots they will play bucket tricks.

Good work environment and management is very supportive. Games and functions are organised every year to motivate us. The strength of female employees is more, safety policies is good.

Career growth is slow, and salary as per our experience level doesn't meet our expectations.

Fully AC environment inside company. Various types of Machines inside company to develop new skills. Transportation for different places like Neemrana - Sachkhand, Eldeco, Anantraj, Kali Pahari, Neemrana market etc Behror Dharuhera

Salary - if DET CTC salary is 14365 then in hand is 11500 and if you present All working days then 1000 added to salary Then, total - 12500. Food - For food company charges 15 rupees for per day, so in my opinion food is not bad or not good - Average. Management Employees/ Senior Employees - If you Reasearch about this company mostly senior employees including HR employees too from Haryana. So, i think here is big politics and local monopoly.

... various departments, but after joining they placed students in labour work's... My dear friend never come to this company, they use trainee word to just for give less salary to employees nothing to learn in this company they destroy valuable times of students
