In FBML JALGAON, TEAMWORK WAS VERY GOOD . SALARY ALSO WAS BETTER. THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES TRAINING ,DIFFERENT TYPES OF MACHINES, TO LEARN .I WAS ENGAGED IN ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN MAINT. , PRIVENTIV MAINTENANCE OF SPM MACHINES , CNC MACHINES.IN SPM MACHINES THERE ARE RELAY LOGIC OR PLC , LIMIT SWITCHES, PROXIMITY SWITCHES, SOLINOID VALVES , HYDRAULIC PUMP FOR AUTO CYCLE. P M OF L T PANEL, ACBs , CHANGE OVER SWITCHES , PM OF H T YARD .TO ATTEND DG SET . IN BONDING DEPARTMENT , THERE WARE PLC PROGAM FOR SPOT WELDING MACHINE. PRESS MACHINES ,POWDER COATING PLANT FOR BRAKE SHOUE AND BACK PLATE. ANADISING PLANT FOR ALLUMINIUM PARTS.

Overall work culture of the Company is good. Friendly working atmosphere. Hybrid mode of working.

Dislikes

...nance department work life balance gets affected due to continuous deadlines. Salary is not in proportion to the efforts of the employee.

Likes

Though the production plant is in Jalgaon, PMO manage projects from Pune corporate office and this is the good thing to work here. Management is very good and supportive. Customer centric approach helps to minimise the escalations. A "Good Manager", last but not least the work freedom.

Dislikes

Being old company in odd region with peoples having more than 10-15 years of experience, they don't want to do anything new or come out of their comfort zones which many times leads to job dissatisfaction.

In this company I work as trainee engineer where I learn how to work properly how to work with team and etc thinghs

I dislike the most is one thing that they forced to associate to increase the production every time.
